The hotel had everything a weary traveler needed. All we had to do was get ready for bed, sleep, shower, dress and go. The iron and board was great to help freshen clothes and we were grateful for a complete set of toiletries.

We weren't met at the gate and wasted alot of time trying to find you despite the directions. Tired people are not at their best in the middle of the night.

I was met at my arrival gate by a hotel employee and I was very happy with the service I was given to be taken directly to the hotel. I was quickly checked in and thought the staff were fantastic

very confortable and well equiped. We had a man who guided us from the arrivals to the hotel. But, overall, we had an emergency and we could check out in some seconds. Again, a man guided us to the room and indicated the direction to the gate. Thank you very much!
